At Georgetown County Fire/EMS, we believe that fire safety and fire prevention begins at an early age. Fire prevention is important because it will prevent a fire from starting. But in the unfortunate situation that a fire does occur, fire safety is important because it can save your life. If your group would like to have a fire engine or ambulance come to your school, church, daycare, etc, to talk and present information to your facility, please contact Harry Avant at 843-545-3140.
